Why This Website?
This website was created to gather and present our research on the unjustified demolition of the Goya building—a symbol of ecological, economic, social, and cultural disaster. By exposing the numerous negative impacts of this project, we aim to raise awareness of a situation that cannot remain hidden. Today, we are reaching out to political, social, and media actors to amplify this voice, denounce these destructive practices, and challenge the narratives that justify such demolitions. It is time to respect the communities living in these spaces and to preserve the valuable social ties they have carefully built.
